1. Definitions & Booking

"The Company" refers to Spero Expeditions. A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a 30% non-refundable deposit. Prices quoted are subject to change due to unforeseen shifts in park fees or government taxes until full payment is received.

2. Permit & Regulatory Compliance

Due to the high demand for Gorilla and Chimpanzee tracking permits, the Company acts strictly as a booking agent for state agencies (UWA, RDB). We cannot be held responsible for permit scarcity or sudden changes in park management policy.

3. Force Majeure & Insurance

The Company is not liable for failures to perform due to civil unrest, pandemics, severe weather, or natural disasters. Comprehensive travel insurance, including medical evacuation (e.g., AMREF Flying Doctors), is mandatory for all guests.

4. Conduct in Parks

All guests must adhere to park rules, including wildlife viewing distances and anti-littering policies. The Company reserves the right to terminate any expedition if guest behavior endangers wildlife, guides, or other guests.
